60's Seamed Nylons

Needless to say I was excited when I found these at my small town used store. Unfortunately I'm too tall. The box they are in is not the original. The branded welt is in the pic. Measures total of 38" and top of welt to top of heel 28" Great, possibly unworn with the exception of me trying on one leg. $10.

Can you provide measurements from the tip of the toe to the back of the heel? And from the top of the welt to the bottom of the heel? These are the measurements that really matter
