Hello there,

Here are a couple of pics taken at a recent visit to the Royal Masonic School for Girls near London.

The 3 piece tweed suit was made by Bookster www.tweed-jacket.com

The cloth is Donegal Tweed (Magee of Donegal) in brown fleck.

And lastly.......just for fun.

I'm in the process of editing the 59 photos that were taken on the day so I will try to add some better images at a later date.

Cheers,
Trimfellow.

Similar to that fab suit Donald Sutherland wore in 'Eye of the Needle'.

Many thanks.

I think it's like most of the "send your measurements in" websites, if you get it right - they get it right.
I'm always a little dubious when it comes to the trouser waist measurement, so I order 1" over just in case and then get a local tailor to alter them if necessary.
Having ordered a couple of items from Magnoli Clothiers I found that their measurements are also very accurate.

Probably the most significant aspect to Bookter's service is the sheer number of cloths available, not just tweed although tweed is their main supply but Irish Linen, flannel, wool/cashmere mix, 100% English wool, cloth for suiting and overcoats etc.

Cheers,
Trimfellow.

Yes, they have some very nice stuff. If I have the money at some point I may look at travelling to them for measurements. Correct measurements are half the battle.
