Don't know what this hat is but it has some very nice sewing work done on the underside of the brim.

The second link is a traditional regional woman's hat... or in German part of "Trachten" (regional traditional dress) as the description says.
It has to be something from Austria or Bavaria... there are many local and regional differences in Alpine "Trachten". Seller is from Salzburg.
