Easy virtue pattern question

I am in love with the style of the movie easy virtue, and in particular this look

Any ideas on sewing patterns for jacket or hat, or simply a nod towards the right direction? Are they both for men?

I think ladies of the 1930s who hunted, fished or golfed wore similar clothes. Reproductions of the hat are readily available (google tweed cap) and look cute on females. You could wear jacket with a skirt or jodphurs or leggings with tall boots Look at this photo of a "Tweed Run":

You could find a thrift shop or Ebay jacket that would work, or if you sew maybe a pattern like this would work:
