Mint 1996 USA made Winchester congress knife. Very nice knife. These were made by Queen Cutlery which started business in 1922, and unfortunately is currently closed down and may never again produce knives. In their nearly 100 years of production they were known as one of America's finest cutlers. Great for your collection or pocket!
