Any idea of the era? Is it milan straw or a modern plasticized material?

I'm thinking Milan as it's not plastic and not modern. I'm guessing late 60's maybe. Going by the tag and leather band. It's not new for sure.

I have Dobbs of both types but the plastic coated is modern. Is there sun bleaching?.....is it darker grey under the puggaree? I would change out the ribbon but not with something as wide as the pug.

Yes it's slightly darker under the ribbon.
