Italian T-Shirts ?

I remember being gifted a T-Shirt by my stepfather during the 80's that had a distinct European cut made in Italy. It looked like something to be worn with expensive loafers and a watch to match. They were also popular during the 70's.

Anyone make these anymore ? I can't find any pictures online but it would be something Al Pacino in Scarface might wear. Maybe that invokes an image.
