My boyfriend's mom is the photographer. She has a great eye and a huge vintage wardrobe!


Well, heck, since no one else will say it, I will-you look like Theda Bara in this one! What a great shot...love to see it in sepia! You look so winsome and pensive! I wish sometimes that I could pull off the 20s/30s look too, but I know my own limitations and am stuck happily in the 40s/50s.

What do you do for your skin?

Ohh, my skin is really faaar from perfect (refer to the Powder Room skin threads if you want to hear my woes). I've recently found that eating no wheat/yeast, dairy (eggs are okay) or meat about a week before a shoot does wonders for my complexion, but I can't stand to be on that diet all the time!! One diet-related thing that's easy to do is to take enzymes fifteen minutes before eating a big meal...I don't know if that has helped my skin, but it sure as hell doesn't hurt. Supplementing with Zinc is very important too, I heard.

Aside from that...washing my face daily, breathable makeup, and even after THAT the photos are touched up by the photographer. I wish I could walk down the street emitting a radiant glow all day, but that's just a little unrealistic.

I know...super glamourous but I like this pic for some reason...probably because I still have my curls after a couple of nights sleeping in a tent!

I really love this photo, I totally dig retro camping! I look forward to driving my daughter crazy with this quirk when we join the Indian Princesses soon.

Models for the most part are advised not to allow a photographer to have the copyrights, but I personally don't mind. I refuse to compromise my class by shooting anything more scandalous than a flash of stocking or vintage playsuits, so I don't worry about who uses my images. I enjoy modeling as a hobby, so I'm really not in it for the money...I think the photographers deserve their share anyway.

Oh my goodness, you are the perfect model! If only all the models I worked with were that amicable.
