I picked this up from the Johnnyphi auctions. Open crown, felt is in new condition. I have never used the hat or creased it.

Crown is ~ 5 1/2"
Brim is 2 1/4"

The liner picture shows the sweatband starting to crack. They do not go all the way through. Still in usable condition. Here is how it looks now:
