Lower cost dress shoes

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good pair of wingtip dress shoes that would come in under $100?

I do watch Ebay, but so many brand names I've not heard of, plus I'd prefer trying them on as for no apparent reason in some shoes a 9 fits perfect, while in others a 9.5 is tight.
I've gotten lucky a few times (Luchhese cowboy boots I bought on Ebay were 9.5 and PERFECT), but don't want to push my luck too far.

And if it's not asking too much, something 2 tone? I'd like black and a deep burgundy, but all black would be ok too.

You can google Brentano. They make a two-tone wingtip. Some folks don't find them comfortable, but I generally do. It's under 100 bucks.
