Well, this is not strictly Golden Era, but Maxim Mironov might just well be the best tenor since the Golden Era, certainly up there with the greats as a Leggiero tenor.

We have a lot to look forward to as his career and name build. I cannot wait till Mironov comes somewhere I can go see him live.

Da! Really wonderful! I hope he doesn't try roles that are too heavy for him before he's ready. The voice clearly still has room to ripen and fill out. But what a gorgeous sound and excellent technique.

That is what is so great about him, he does not sound any older than he is, he just sounds amazing with the voice he has.
