I had a custom hat made but the ribbon is just too thin. I never loved it so it sits in my closet. Wondering if someone can fix it.

Is there a hatter in your town or drivable distance? Shipping will cost you $20 buck each way plus maybe $50 for the new ribbon. If you are willing to do it yourself I can point you to an Ebay seller that sells premade ribbons/bows that you can tack stitch to the hat.
