Quick Question: What would you price this item?

I am pricing antiques and collectibles for this event and would like some advice:

I have a Dobb's man's hat, from Herd and Short, Reno Nevada. It has an improved Felted Welt edge and a grosgrain ribbon and a feather embellishement.

We don't have a lot of hat wearers in town, and it is the goal of the American Cancer Society to price this item with the fairest price possible (note, NOT the highest price possible).

Can anyone suggest a retail and very fair price? It is a used hat, but the only soiling is in the satin lining.

Hats on eBay generally go for between $25.00 and $75.00 depending on the brim width and condition. If the hat looks clean with no stains and moth bites I'd say $30.00 to $40.00. If it's the Dobbs in the last picture of the link. I'd say $50.00 to $60.00
