Wow. Words almost fail me. It vaguely resembles a civil war cap that the ugly tree wore.

edit: and it's wool at that price? ooookaaay. . .

Honestly, I don't think it is ugly. The vast ocean of ball caps out there are uglier. Overpriced for sure. Undisirable for sure at least for me.

Found it while reading Flipbook on by my iPad in the style section there was a posting on the hat. I always look at all the hats in the style section.:)
Don't know what to make do it just put it here for interest.:)

I think we look at this kind of thing from a wholly different view that someone who would purchase such an item.

Had not had the time to post this one. But when I found it last week only the 54 cm was sold out now its totally sold out. Don't know what kind of brim other than ball cap fedora to call this one.

That hats been covered on the lounge before. I believe that thread is now locked. One of the best descriptions I've heard about it is its resemblance to the caps of the Afrika Korps.

"Handmade by Legendary Hat Makers Andersen & Berner"

We've seen this hat/cap before, and all I can think of is a couple of hatters down at the pub, telling someone this story...

"Well, Andy here was making a hat for a customer and accidently trimmed the brim down a bit too far, so he tossed it aside. Later on we were mucking around and he grabs a pair of scissors and starts whacking away at the brim, till it looks like a baseball cap. Just for fun we toss it into the window display, and 10 minutes later some bloke comes in and wants to buy it!!!"

:p

Cheers,
Tom
