This is my third cafe racer - my first Schott. It's medium weight leather - so for me ideal and more wearable than some hunk of 3.5 or 4 oz cowhide. Feels like a 1960's Brooks. Very impressed. Nice solid job of American manufacturing. Robust plaid lining, good thick pocket lining; poly cotton blend. Large inside pocket. Lovely leather with a gentle sheen and wrinkly texture. Great hardware. Size L fits someone who is 6 feet two and 185 pounds (me). Long sleeves (26.5 inches). The back is more like some of the 1950's cafe racers I've seen, with a yolk, no bi-swing back and it doesn't have any gussets. It weighs around 4.5 pounds.
