Sweat band buckling.

I give up on "ask a question, get an answer."

OK, I bought a Chatham and had it blocked LO. Prob is the band pooches out uncomfortably into the headspace.

What are my options for fixes?

I tend to pass over stickies as most are dormant so I figure they all are dormant. Aside from that, aren't all threads pretty much answers or questions?

I'd say send it to a different hatter to have a look and possibly a sweatband replaced, and or put in correctly.
