A super? Well, I guess that you have more to spend on batteries and tubes than some of the rest of us.

In a Neutrodyne, a UX-200A. In a Regenerative set with an appropriate rheostat, a UV-200, with between twelve and eighteen volts on the plate depending upon the particular tube.

I'm away from my QST's at the moment, but have you seen the cartoon of "Neutrodyne Newt, the three-armed wonder"? I recall that it may have appeared in either the August or November 1924 issue.
