I don't know much about hats, but I would assume it's from the late 50s, or the early 60s. I don't actually think that's a trilby. I believe that type of hat is known as a stingy brim fedora. It has a rather fat ribbon, which I could be wrong, but I believe were very popular in the late 50s, and early 60s.
