Thank you. I buy jackets for a lot more reasons than size and price. I have to like it even if I can't wear it. Even more so if I can't wear it. the Jackets I can wear come more dearly priced.

I bought that jacket from dinnerman a couple of years ago for all the reason above. I can't even get arm in it. If you can you get a pretty interesting jacket for not much money.

This one is SOLD. I think he is a new member here. He owned a Campus Horsehide jacket that looks very much like this one. Similar look in style and leather. Same taper to the waist. I purchased my Vintage Californian from him this last winter. Congrats to the new owner!

Ralph Edwards Buco style Police jacket in steerhide, probably 60s. Size 44

I got a deal and passing it on. I had an original Buco steer in this style which I just sold. This is a very comfortable jacket to wear. I liked the fit on me a bit better than the Buco

Great Utility jacket for riding or general use in good condition.

1950S Sears Hercules Steerhide Leather jacket. I have this jacket in black Horsehide and Steerhide. I have sold two other black Steers in this low buckle style Although more common in brown, this is the first one I have owned. These are favorites. They show up occasionally priced much higher than this one. These are the "Highwayman" of the 50s. Short and to the point.

This one has great condition leather. No dryness, flaking, rot. It has been worn and shows it. It does need a few stiches on the pockets. Zipper is good and solid as is the lining. One buckle needs attention.

Probably a 40/42. I can wear it at 5'9" 190. All the measurements and additional pictures are here.

In the pics/vid the zipper pull is missing. I replaced it with the correct part.

This is another that is just too big. Probably a size 46, at least on me at 5'9" 190,

Irvin Foster Horsehide long half belt with gathered sides..I've had several other I Foster jackets. They were not a big company, but produced a nice line of jackets. Most were Steerhide this is more from the 50s in Horsehide. The Zipper has been replaced with a YKK. The pocket zipper is missing the pull. One pocket button is missing Solid wearing condition. The Horsehide is a nice garment weight and has a nice dark brown, near black finish. Nice looking. Would look better on some one a bit taller to fill out the jacket.

I love the deerskin! Have anymore for sale in size 42? I am in the market for a brown hb. I can also trade a lw a-2 in excellent shape. I know you like lw...LOL. Guy luck with your sales. Because you have the good, I will keep an eye in all of your sales.
