Vintage Pair of Wire spectacles: Gold Framed? Need help reading this marking..

Hi, Just picked up these spectacles and i need some help telling whether they're gold or not. The marking in the in the picture here is on the nose bridge and its hard to read: "29O10ct" but unsure about the "2" or the first"O". Has anyone seen this kind of marking before? any thoughts would be most appreciated.
