Vintage Stetson Soverign 7 1/4

Beautiful Vintage Stetson Soverign "Twenty" in size 7 1/4.
Color is a light tan with a contrasting ribbon . Wind cord .
Mode edge brim . Clean hat inside and out. No stains or moth bites.
Fits true to size 7 7/8x 6 1/2. Brim is about 2 3/4.
Felt on this hat is very nice and pliable. Will take any bash .

Oh my goodness! A sovereign! The cadillac of hats! Any idea about it's history? About how old is it?

Also, are you saying that it's a little larger that a 7 1/4?

As far as size its a true 1/4 fit, unfortunately too small for my 3/8 LO .
As far as the date Ill defer to pros here but I think it maybe around 50s.
No other history on it except if your familar with the Soverign and this vintage then you know this is quite a nice hat.
