Nice Stetson Whippet like Fedora in size 7 3/8. Bound edge brim is 2 5/8. Black grosgrain ribbon is 1 5/8.
Felt is excellent vintage quality . Nice medium grey . Clean liner. Solid sweat.
There are No issues with hat to speak of. Ready to wear.

Nice hat. But to large a brim for me. i tent to stick to 2 1/4 usually.

Yes it fits true to 7 3/8. Measures 8 x 6 3/4.
Crown open is 5 3/4.
