Winchester Dress Beaver Hat body in Navy blue. Size is 23 1/2. Has 3 1/4 rough edge brim(Un cut) felt is nice , I have not pounced it.
All it needs is a sweat and ribbon/s.

Have some other projects Iam working on Harv. If any one does want the body I'll throw in a sweatband with it.
Also size can be changed by washing the felt and Reblocking accordingly if needed
