Wool anti-moth treatment?

Is anyone familiar with some form of spray treatment or similar to apply
to the cuffs and waisting of jackets to ward off moths?
I had several unworn jackets (brand new, mind you!) that wound up with moth damage. I now keep others in a zippered garment bag, but it would be of interest to hear of any treatment, especially for the jacket I may be wearing and it winds up on a chair back inbetween uses.

First off, have you gone through your wardrobe looking for the little larvae? They are visible, you should check all your wool (under lapels, inside pockets, etc), especially if you see moths flitting about here and there (check the web and you can see what they look like). I once lived above a vintage clothing store and had a lot of stuff eaten. You can dry-clean, kills the larvae you can't find, but they still will hang to the threads. Bags work. Cedar chips, too, for some reason.
