I need a couple of vintage grosgrain ribbons for a pair of fedoras. One is a light sage Borsalino Alessandria from the fifties, which requires the traditional thin ribbon. The other is a fifties (?) Stetson, tall, mid-brown, which needs some sort of wider ribbon. I'm open to any interesting color than would go with these. Since I can't sew worth a damn, they'd have to have a pre-sewn bow, so I could just attach the completed ribbon with a few stitches. Both hats are size 7 1/4, so that size or larger.
(I'm in Rome, so could probably get this done by the Borsalino people, but I imagine they'd charge me more than I paid for the hats themselves.)
