I bought a pair of "snow boots" off Ebay; vintage, lined in sheepskin, and trimmed in mink, black suede ankle boots. The brand is "Alaska boots" or somesuch. They look pretty similar to the two above. Adorable! Can't post a picture, though.

I actually just picked these up from ModCloth- and I'm horribly disappointed to find they don't look anywhere as cute and charming in a size 9!
I tried them on and couldn't get over how frumpy they looked on my big ole feet :(
Oh, well- another return to make.

I have these too, in tan, and I'm a size 10US and I think they look adorable on! Funny how subjective some things are - but I adore mine, big feet or no!

Drappa I love those Dune ones. Where do they come from?

eta: nevermind, I found them!

Glad you found them, let me know how they work out if you buy them!
Also glad the Miss L Fire ones are working for some, they're too cute.

I got two pairs for winter and they haven't arrived, but I'm really excited!

ASOS styled the Miss L Fire booties really weirdly. I think they look better in their own photos - I just love mine and have worn them every day for a fortnight! Old lady slippers in shoe form! :D

Fleur, you are just one of those lucky gals that looks absolutely amazing in everything! I keep looking at the photos of them online and thinking how adorable they look and wishing they worked for me. :eusa_doh:

I've been thinking of getting these in the beige, they are available in the shop that I work in so I'd get 40% off them... The fur on them is really soft and I love to have a heel due to my serious lack of height!

I got these lacey Doc Martens for Christmas and am completely smitten. They're honestly the most comfortable heels I've ever worn; I could walk for miles in them! I'm not sure how well they'll go with my 40s and 50s clothes, but they have a Victorian aesthetic I really like. I'm also a serious sucker for lace!

Aah, I've been drooling over these for an era and a look at your blog reminded me how much I coveted them. Anyway, I managed to nab the very last pair, which happened to be in my size, from ASOS, and whoopee! at half price! Merry Christmas to me!

Thank you so much, Fleur!
