I've been trying to be good but I fell in love with this one. Not only is the skirt super cute, but I've been looking for a jacket that can work both for vintage suits and to toss over a pair of jeans.

I got this from the lovely Lady Day. I am quite exited as I fell in love with this pattern around the time I first started sewing but didn't think I could make it.

I am absolutely certain I saw a wedding dress made from this pattern a few weeks ago in my local charity shop. I thought the waist/hip treatment was pretty unique.

It's a very similar treatment to an 1855 dress that I'm working on...this isn't my era at all, hence if anyone wants it, just drop me a pm. No charge.

The difference being, you'll look like Rita if you make them, I'll just look like a stout holiday camp rep from the 50s! lol! x

Very Cute DPD. How is the condition that one? I was bidding on some of those but with those condition issues I didn't want to pay out what some of those people paid for them.
