Oh my word! Just when you think you've seen/heard it all..."Ooh! Aah!" The album photo kind of looks like a Teutonic combination of Devo, the B-52s, and Parliament's The Clones of Dr. Funkenstein. And who is that tall guy supposed to be, a space-age, Aryan version of the famous Mongolian in question? No wonder the Germans lost two world wars...

I'll take a wild guess (left to right): Louis Potgieter (died in 1993), Henriette Strobel Heichel (?)*, Laszlo "Leslie" Mandoki (now a solo artist), Edina Pop (?)*, and Wolfgang Heichel. Wolfgang and the two women are the only original members still performing as Dschinghis Khan. The bald guy in the video (Steve Bender) died a few years ago.

As I was a teen in the late '70s - early '80s I admit that there is a slight undeniable Disco/'80s New Wave element in my musical tastes. And back then I was a Devo fan. lol
