Canvas duck pants with suspender buttons and a cinchback. I don't know a source though. I just remember that someone bought a reproduction of rather cheap and thin material. You would need to avoid this special maker of course

Try two different options: Carhart duck pants and good old Wrangler khakis with cuffs. Either will look good with boots.

Just make certain they have a boot cut shape that sits on the boots and lord please don't wear them too short. After that Anything can look good, just match the color of your boots to your pants. Those boots costs more than the pants, enjoy them! You will find other folks become interested. They wish they had them! lol---John

I use to wear Lucchese with Hart Marx suits.

Yeah, it really depends on the boot. Some you can wear with a Savile Row suit while others are best worn with jeans and wash-pants.

I agree with John, especially on making sure your pants are long enough. Cowboy boots should be worn with the pants longer than you would with other shoes.

I also think that the heel and toe type need to be considered. I don't think one would wear underslung heels with an X toe with anything other than jeans (at least I wouldn't). But, I wear my square toe/fowler heel Lucchese boots with dress slacks or a suit no problem.
