Problem is that walbash is and indigo and bleach made fabric made with a wheel pattern. Spoonflower uses a printed process. While one could make a fabric similar it would not look the same.

Yes they do on small sizes. :). They like the workwear look and have clothing manufactors make the fabric up.
I have found a source of some Stifel fabric's waiting to hear back.
SMALL those will only fit my MunchKin size Grandkids, Fabrics are Great though!
I was at a vintage show early this year & saw this fabric coming in a big wave toward the work wear crowd.....INSPIRATION on the Queen Mary...
The Japanese Vendors Were Too Cool.....& Serious Stuff.....But Nothing will fit my Fred Mertz Figure....
They Were Freaking Out over my Caps.... Just wait till One of our resident Cap Makers Do one in this type of Fabric...
The Japanese Just seem to Make the 6 panel caps, Casquette or the choo-choo-train caps.
I want something in that (salt & pepper) fabric what's that stuff called?
& Whipcord Thats good for a cap ?
& of course this cool blue Stuff you guys are talkin about..
Ca mon I want this Cap in a vintage working Joe 6-pack fabric.

..
Japanese cap but i never wear it sorta wonky & should have been blocked or something.. shame for such a cool fabric
its just lumpy & stays lumpy & the cut is more casquette than we want... sorta see that in those blue wabash caps a few posts back...lumpyness
this fabric in the caps our cap makers do should come out clean & sharp.. im sure of that

It´s nice to see that the japanese also just put their pants on one leg at a time (sometimes).

I need some yards of wabash and covert (fil á fil) cotton fabric... seems not so easy to get here in Europe.... mhmmm.

Seabass: I wear a chain leather wallet (no giant chain) and I´m part of the local rockabilly culture (couture)... but at least I don´t wear lumpy caps.... hehehe ;)

I´m working on the new caps an the first one is ready... the hickory striped denim newsboy... great shape...love it! First pictures tomorrow or thursday.

Because of the wabash i was thinking about something: Rising Sun & Co in LA are doing great denim/ workwear stuff and I rememer reading something that they did a sale on some of their denim fabrics last year... maybe it´s possible to get some fabric from them ....?
