This is going to be my hair for the day... up in rollers until tonight. :) I haven't done my hair in so long, I hope it turns out!

Wow- there is no way I could get away with so few rollers.
And there is NO way that I would look so glamorous in rollers either!;)

There are about 6 more in the back that you can't see. Normally I use a lot more, but my hair has died on me and my hair is super thin right now. *sad face* As far as glamorous... You are too kind, but believe me... the non edited version of this photo isn't nearly as pretty. But I am happy to hear I still got that swagger without makeup! Hah!

Lolita, how do you manage to roll your hair only part way up (as with your side rollers, as far as I can see), without them slipping out? Whenever I try and do this the rollers just fall out of my hair. It sucks cause I really just want curl on the ends, and even if I do some mega brushing-out I can never really get my roots to lie flat if I've rolled all the way up. Any advice?

What kind of rollers are you using? I use perm rods with the elastic hold and they just stay. No real trick. If I don't have enough hair on the rod they can slip out (I usually have to re roll a couple in the morning).

I use the satin-covered foam rollers with the plastic clip. I did try using the ones you're talking about and the elastic never held them tight enough in my hair :( Probably just my technique, or my hair! Thanks anyway!

Well Hmmm.. I don't know then. Have you tried spritzing your hair sections with a bit of hair spray along with your setting lotion (if you use one) and maybe that will help it "stick"?

Here is my hair after the curlers were out. It's not the greatest pic of my hair, but the only one I have from last night. This was right after we all finished performing so it's an eh pic.

I wore my hair like this today. The picture was after a long tiring day in the sun and a long drive home afterwards so my hair isn't at it's peak. However, I am pretty happy with my first ever attempt. Not bad for never doing this before and not knowing what I was doing!
