Got two typical hat comments on Saturday, (Are you Amish, and an Indiana Jones one, of course)
I did have a guy stop me and ask me where I got the hat. (I was wearing my Strat.) He asked to see it and looked it over and said he plans on trying to get one for himself.

When I was a freshman in college a hundred years ago, a nice lady on the bus pressed me to call her granddaughter. Gave me the number. So I called. Boy, did she ever not want to meet men rousted out by her grandmother.
