I'm fascinated by this gentleman's hat in this latest postcard purchase of mine. There must be a 2 inch brim on it. Any ideas on a similar offering anywhere?

That brim seems much wider than 2 inches. I have a late 1890's/early 1900's "The Campion" bowler with a wide brim. I do not remember how wide it is exactly, but its wider than 2 inches. I remember reading in the American Hatter publications that the wider brim bowler style was used in the mid-late 1890's, but I could be slightly off. I'n not sure where to buy one today though.

This old Möckel Melone has a ~ 2 1/4 inch brim. It's a size 59cm and only ways 130 grams.
You can see the width better in this photo of me wearing it. The form appears to be similar to the one in the post card.

I think the crown form (block) on my Möckel Melone is more similar to the Derby in the post card. The problem is nobody can make stiff hats like these anymore.

That is a fantastic Bowler. The way the brim curls up on the sides and the narrow d'Orsay - just great!
