^Ha yeah, I jest, but I always think of the guys in forums saying, "Yeah man I have gotten the thickest lugs on my heavy black boots, they are like so chunky, the biggest black vibram lugs, like tractor tires really do it for me" lick lick. I think oh my if only you knew how popular you are making yourself in certain cliques, sniff, sniff. But they go on convincing me, "Dude the thicker you can get your lugs the more HEAVY DUTY the become", mmm stroke stroke, "I'm serious, thick chunky lugs..."

The "boot stomping" is where I draw the line. There's a video I just watched (yes, I went about two minutes into it) of a guy stepping on a little toy truck.
The poor truck driver was only doing his job. I'm confident HE would have been a better candidate for the boots, not the guy knocking the tires off of his career.

Nice jacket Simon. I'm a fan of the Hercules, used to have one myself, with the old style quilted lining, but the shearling will be seriously warm in comparison.

Ha G, yes I'd be up for that, it really is like being wrapped in sheepskin and horsehide sausage that could take on just about anything, except the sea, I'd sink, I guess. I just thought I'm going to recycle this piece into something even better than when it started, you shall not die.

I know I've said here that I think there's a bit of personal preference in the acceptable degree of fit in a jacket from trim to a touch blousey, but I must say that, in this case, I think those shorts are too tight ....!

Well I did it. A full Herc in thickest 3/4 inch sheepskin.


First thing I did was slip this beast on in 33 deg heat - but that wool - is outrageously ***y.
