Yes! it's downtown...and AMAZING....
If you need restaurant recs, go to the steamer trunk section. The thread is "Things to do in Denver". All the restaurants were spot on. ;-)

- Eat at Potager! in Capitol Hill area. A $7 cab ride from downtown.

Hey thanks. Staying at the downtown Sheraton for busines meeting all week. Will look at these recs; it is much appreciated. Will find it!

Here's some (crappy) pics of one of my favorite Rockmount shirts. Tried to get a close up of the cool stitching

It's hard to tell from the picture, but the light colored lines in the plaid are shiny silver. Like little chrome strips woven into the cloth

That's funny! I just bought the short sleeve version of that shirt last week.
I love how it's like a modern shirt until you notice the silver thread and the black glass snaps...then you notice the yoke, etc.

Just so you know- everything runs a size large. I'm a Medium usually and the Small in Rockmount fits great.

Unless your getting the really elaborately embroidered ones. They seem to run kind of tight.

Pure truck stop tacky...I love it. Label is panhandle slim

Maybe we can jump start this thread and get it going a little again. I love this kind of stuff, let's see some more.

Those are all absolutely fantastic!! Back in the early 90s I had one near identical to that grey plaid Pioneer Wear. Unfortunately it was on the small side when I found it, and I eventually outgrew it altogether and had to pass it along. I have always thought it was a cool style, and have hopes to one day find another similar. The ones with the highly decorative yokes are awesome, and the contrasting vertical pleats on the Parker's branded one are an especially nice touch.

Those are very nice sports jackets. You see few quite like them sold now. Is there a more specific term for that type of western sports jacket, or is it just that?
