I have a few with gills but the nicest by far is the Super Barbisio Chamois.
Nine laser straight, nearly invisible tacks, quite elegant.

Thanks! I think it's probably something internal to Borsalino Giuseppe & Fratello of the time period (late 1920s). Maybe Daniele will comment but I think he will say something similar.

I just realized it looks like I posted the same hat twice but there are actually two hats that are the same exact model (you can see the second one has a wind cord).
