It doesn't get any better than this . . .
Current owner of Real McCoy's, Denime and Nylon brands. He bought Denime and RM when they went under. The jacket looks more like a well worn RM repro than an original though.Unfortunately, it is not mine. I think this jacket is owned by Hitoshi Tsujimoto (who has an amazing collection of vintage clothing and outerwear).
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. Current owner of Real McCoy's, Denime and Nylon brands. He bought Denime and RM when they went under. The jacket looks more like a well worn RM repro than an original though.
By artificial, I take it you mean the way RM clothings are designed to age/fade quickly. I have seen more than quite a few RM Buco J-24 that looks like this after some wear then they basically frame them. It is like those Japanese jeans fading contest. They put them away after they fade to a certain point.Aye, I'm not entirely convinced it's the original. It has that artificial aging vibe to it.
