Hope you are all having a great day.

How I miss the cold! I was wondering if you've heard anything from Stu at Ami Chernal. I got a beautiful Baker's Boy from him last year, but he seems to have disappeared. Really too bad.

Late to the show today.

What an assortment of AWESOME so far.

Went to go play grown-up under an old Stetson Premier Vita-Felt homburg that has a bit of what appears to be a dye flaw or some post-production injury on the crown. To me, it's not a flaw... it is character.

It's amazing to me the places that they will let me into so long as I'm wearing a nice hat.

A wonderful Wednesday to all.

Everyone is looking tops this morning. Today, my favorite mullet-burg (copyright 2016, Redfokker)! Stetson St. Regis, ~1950 -- paired with a velour Perry Ellis blazer:

Black hat week continues. A Portis, Swan's Down Finish, Homberg. A bit dusty from storage.

You know, just yesterday I was saying to someone what a shame it is you don't see men wearing homburgs anymore nowadays, and here you three are making the world right again :) beautiful hats, even if two of them are mullet-burgs ;)

Happy Birthday to this Resistol! It came with a sales receipt dated Dec. 14, 1959. Now, for a few months, it can't tease me for being an old guy.

Happy birthday to your hat, enjoy the celebrations! I love those wide ribbons...

Great start to the day, ladies and gents! Welcome, Celia - and now there are three! So glad to see the diversification of headwear (headware?) here now. Truly inspiring. Too many to single out already, but I also am smitten by David's 100 - killer!

Cold and crunchy today. Borsalino on my noggin today.

Thank you for the welcome! Impressive collection of hat boxes you have there. Are they all full?

Welcome aboard! It's just super to see you, Celia, and the derby is another beauty!!

Thank you, your hat today is great as well, love that colour!

It'e been a while....been busy.

Black Cherry by North West Hats. I am super in love with this color. I posted something in the NW Hats thread the other day that sparked a few responses. I just want to reiterate that I really like my hats....but feel they are overpriced by $100. Again though that is IMHO. My friend who is also into hats feels the same way. She has way more experience in custom hats than I do.

Regardless mike is a great guy to work with and he definitely is a skilled hat maker. Working with him was easy and a pleasure.

Thanks for the warm welcome! Everybody's wearing beautiful hats again!

Impeccable! I love what they did with that ribbon.

Beautiful! Your hats really are stunning, such an inspiration! What is the inside of your ladies' fedoras like? Are they finished like most men's hats or unlined with a grosgrain sweatband like most women's hats?

Looking forward to seeing your hat today. Bowler it is for me, more pics in the bowler thread if anyone's interested...

Legit!! I love how bowlers look on other people -- on myself? Not so much =P I presume this fits your face nicely but it's difficult to tell cuz you're playing peek-a-boo with us haha

Homburgs are my jam right now! I go back and forth between hommies and pork-pies. Ironically (considering the name of the Lounge), I rarely wear an actual "fedora." Nice bowler you have on today!

I was wondering where you were! Welcome back -- and KILLER color on that hat. I applaud you for pairing it with a black-on-black suit -- excellent choice.

I don't know where you would find a custom hat maker that will produce Mike's quality for a buck fifty. Just sayin.

Thank you very much. This has really brightened up my day. The man does beautiful work and at a very reasonable cost, and where else can you get a Harris Tweed cap with a William Morris lining? All the best.
