Notice how the brim turns up just in front of crown at the ribbon I have this condition on a few of my good quality vintage hats. How do I get the brim to snap down at the crown?

I have a couple like that, myself. Methinks it would need re-flanged. Like most things of this nature with my hats, I've taken the "meh, don't worry about it" approach.
