As good an execution of that crease as I have ever seen. Looks to be some shark skin Paul Bonds accompanying that hat. What was in the bottle, as I'm sure it's empty by now.

Edit:If not Bond I'll go Osuna.
Thanks BB! The Woomera was boxed up same as some other light color hats thru the winter months. Trying to decide if I'll wear it or something else when I accompany a friend's granddaughter on guitar at her school talent show Thurs night.

I was all out of Tequila for Taco Tuesday at home so the bottle was some Glenlivet Founders Reserve. And I had steak for dinner instead of steak tacos. Hoping some favorites are on this wks sales beginning tomorrow.

The boots are Steve Osuna sharkskins.

Two great hats Justin. Love that there is a date stamped on the Mayser. That boater looks brand new again. Nice.

I love that the hat has a date stamp. I also just picked up a Wegener with a 1960 date stamp on it. Maybe that's common with German hats? @mayserwegener would know =)

And yeah, the skimmer is a new fav for me. It's totally pristine inside and out, so I'm fairly certain it's deadstock that was taken off the shelf before a sweat band was installed.

Hey Blue! Nice looking skimmer, but I am really feeling that Mayser. The wide ribbon really complements the tall crown and short brim.

Thanks! I'm really happy with the size of the crown on this one =) The backside is unfortunately a little dented and it toys with my OCD. I might spend Memorial Day overhauling it.

Outstanding ribbon work on both, Justin. That Mayser will serve you for years to come I think. These Echter Maysers are real quality hats.

Thanks! I agree - true deutscher quality!

THAT IS A HECKOFA HAT!!!

Very nice.

Daniel

Echter Borsalino "Sanboca" date stamped May 17, 1929. It's in NOS condition and from my May, 2015 Berlin Echter Borsalino find.

that hat is awesome in every single way. Great felt coloration
Thanks Justin. Loved you hat and photos from Bode. Great stuff.

The season seems to change quickly over there, Michael. From autumn back to spring all in a day. Great looking felt, whatever the season.
We've been having a string of cool nights and mornings turning into fairly warm afternoons. The forecast seems to say that is over and it will be hot from morning til night now. I'll miss the cool mornings.

Been busy earlier, so a quick catch up. Yesterday was the John Doe panama.

Two hat day today. The light rain in the morning hit the Borsalino Ghiaccio today.

The other Borsalino Ghiaccio came away dry.

Need to trim the beard I see.
Another super hat show Stefan. Great hats all.

Thanks,
Michael

Home after a long and physical day. I am tired and checking out this thread and was sincerely stopped by your hat. Love this hat. Dag-nag it the blue heather felt is excellent! That is one sharp lid sir.

Thanks for sharing the hats on your incredible hat rack.

Best, Eric -
