This is magnificent, what film did she appear in?
Despite a thorough search, I couldn't find a photo of this lady on a bicycle, so here's one of her, with Donald Sutherland, on a motor bike.
The lady is of course, Jenny Agutter, and the link is, she starred in The Railway Children.

It's an 11" x 14" acrylic on canvas board by Jack Vettriano.

I believe this is the original format and someone made a colorized version.
