Ok Fit Pics needed here!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been checking this coat out since Stuart put it up about a month ago. It is gorgeous.

I posted a basic fit pic, but I need someone to take pictures from me, let me see if I can get this done today :)

Wow! Is this thing reversible? I see that you can button from either left or right side; this is very cool!

No, but I have to say that with this hide, I would always wanted on this side anyway :)

We're still awaiting fit pics from you ;) The coat is really unique and piece of art and I like it even if I'm not a Peacoat person. Stu proved again that he's an excellent tailor! I'm really curious how his deerskin is compared to FW's deer - heaviness, suppleness, quality, etc. - I'm pretty sure that his deerskin is on par with FWs deerskin. Anyway, congrats for your new aquisition and I'm looking forward to fit pics.

If I were to compare it to compare it to the black deerskin on the centinela model, it is heavier, grainier and stiffer. It feels as if it can take more abuse. That is not to say that it is superior (I really want a centinela), just different. I definitely want more deerskin and similar hides in my life (it started with the moose hide from LW as well). :)

Very nice. I have always liked a red lining paired with a dark shell.

It's a combination I always liked as well

Oups, forgot a button

This is probably how I should wear it at all times, any other ideas on how to close it? This jacket gives so many possibilities

Apologies for taking so long in posting this, things got hectic and... I was a bit overwhelmed by receiving these jackets at the same time.

There is not much to say about this one really when I think about it. It is very unique and that is easy to see on the pictures. Construction is pretty much flawless, and the hide is fantastic. I do wonder what it would look like in HH, and I think that there is already one in production. Stuart told me that he got a lot of interest as soon as he made this in to a standard jacket.

I am very happy with this jacket as I think it managed to be very unique while being extremely versatile, probably more so than the suburban. The top coat on the hide makes it waterproof so it can be used in all weather condition and wearing anything from jeans to suits. I can see myself wearing it very often :)

Now obviously I will repeat that this is no end it all jacket as there is none for me. If anything it adds more fuel in the fire :D

It’s definitely cut like an overcoat with plenty of room in the arms and upper body area. I don’t know how I feel about this one. I think it’s a bit too much leather for me but it looks well put together.

Too much leather overall or the front part? It is kind of imposing when I leave it open, that's why I tend to leave it half closed as shown in the pics

You know that is truly a Winter Coat. It is set up for at least one or two button closure with a sweater underneath. It seems to hearken back to the WW1 motorcycle couriers. I dig it. If I lived in the northern states it would be a definite must! You did well!

Thanks! :D
It's slightly warmer than the suburban but only because it covers more of the body, I was able to wear it yesterday at about 15°C

I just ordered a 42R LW Courier Pea Coat in BK Goatskin (3-3.5 oz) with burgundy lining. I should have it by the end of the summer, just in time for autumn. I'll post pictures. Thanks for your help red devil!
