Need help recalling a brand

I remember sometime two years ago checking out a brand that was touted to make "true" motorcycle jackets, in that they made the jackets out of heavy FQHH CXL. I can't seem to recall the brand anymore, if I remember correctly they were based in America and semi-custom and they had a webpage that was on a black background.

(Not Schott, Vanson, or Aero)

Was it Johnson?

It is all chrome tanned, are you looking specifically for veg tanned?
Yeah, I prefer it more. I really like the Freewheeler Centinela, and I was looking for a slightly more accessible version. Especially if it could be customized since I've got short ass arms.
After doing a bit of reading about LW and on his site, I don't think I'm going to give him my business.

Ah, this one http://lostworldsinc.com/Leathertogs 'B' Vintage Horsehide Motorcycle Jacket.htm

To keep it short, I am a recurring customer of LW and can only say good things about them. :)

And if you are curious, here is the review

If the problem is only regarding the arm length you can have itshortened, @dudewuttheheck has done it to at least one of his Freewheelers if I am not mistaken :)
Yup! Did it to two of them. @Maverickson did a great job with two of my Freewheelers jackets. To me, it was more than worth it to get the jackets and then have the arms shortened as they now both fit me incredibly well.

I'll give some before and after photos to demonstrate how much of an improvement the sleeve shortening made:

That looks awesome!!
I was going to Japan last summer and was just going to pick one up their and ask the shop if they knew anyone locally who could shorten the sleeves but obviously couldn’t. I might just stick to that game plan and see when I can go.

Yeah would definitely be a good idea to ask when you can make it out there.

I’ve had several jacket sleeves shortened to great effect. The trick is to find someone competent. Some jackets benefit from being shortened from the shoulder end which is generally a little more expensive...

The obvious benefit of shortening the sleeve from the shoulder end is that the cuff end will remain totally original. The drawback is that it also tightens the armhole. Plus you need someone really competent to do the alteration because getting a nice and rounded sleeve-shoulder attachment without any puckering is much more difficult than shortening at the cuff end.
