After a lot of tlc this Windward is good to go for another 75 years.

I knew it would be perfect for me when @ton312 told me he couldn't zip it up.

Such an elegant design, I love it.

Damn Marc! That weight treatment really did the trick. As Robbie said, this looks like an almost new jacket and not like it's 70 years old. It fits you really nicely as well!

Edit: how much water did you put on it? Just surface level wet or wet all the way through?

All the way through. The hide is pigment dyed and it still has most of its topcoat so I had to keep it under the tap for half a minute before it soaked up any water at all.

Thought it was Enfield at first. Looks great. Think I like the fit better. Doesn't have the baggy style upper arms.
