Probably made around 2007 or so. Still a great smoke

While waiting on a shipment of new English blends, I pulled out this plum cake I picked up in Amsterdam 20 years ago and packed it in this BC Canadian.

Buffalo Trace markets a line of cigars now & I had a freebie today during a sampling of Buffalo Trace at the liquor store. I believe the cigars are from Arturo Fuente, if you see any at your tobacconis.

Local cigar roller Corey Frisbee learned from a Cuban woman who was the key cigar roller at Romeo y Julieta, Austin, TX. He can mix the leaf to the flavor you like.

I recently ordered a variety of aromatic pipe tobaccos and needed a new pipe for them. Yesterday I realized, I had two briarwood block kits I purchased years ago and never done anything with.
So, a couple hours with a hand saw, carving knife, and most usefully, a Dremel, plus a bit of stain and wax; here is my new pipe.
