A little Saturday diversion....my wife recently told me she wished I would talk about her like I do my vintage leather jackets, so here goes.

She is medium heavy with a soft hand. She has an incredible ability to be hot or cold to the touch, depending upon the circumstances. She resents being closeted in the dark. She has developed numerous creases over the years, but they add to her beauty. She appreciates periodic massage with lotion. I once thought about replacing her, but never would have forgiven myself had I followed through.

40’s? Knopf. Fragile and thin (weighs right at 3lbs). This jacket makes me think of the delicate nature of cape skin, when Terry mentions it. Basically just taking it for a test drive to see how many seams I might bust in a typical use a scenario.

The whole jacket fits that descriptor. LOL. It’s really not meant for this time of year, but for anything in the upper 40’s to 60 degrees it ought to serve a purpose. It feels like a windbreaker. I think it’s the lightest weight jacket I’ve ever owned.
