Hi, everyone I'm new here. This is my first post.
I hope it appears in the "What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?" category. Seems I have some problems with posting.

Awesome Vespa. My uncle owned a store selling them in Hollywood in the 70s. He's got some great celebrity stories. My two favorites:

Ray Charles (yes that Ray Charles) used to ride one. Someone would follow behind him with a radio and tell him when to brake, when to turn, etc. My uncle said inevitable a few times a year, the Vespa would come in for body work.

Steve McQueen one day comes by to check one out. He turns it on inside the store, totally ***s it and goes flying out the narrow door popping a wheelie, cool as ice.

Can't make this stuff up. Sometimes you're just born cool.

Amazing. And crazy. Love it.

Nope, sorry, didn't work. But don't worry, here's a perfect age-appropriate jacket you can replace that hip leather D-pocket with! Not sure what size is it but does it really matter?

Not a usual brand for me, but gonna wear this two-tone type 3 from Beams today. Hand warmers are hidden as slits on the sides, keeping all the vintage cred but losing none of the practicality.

Happy to get this Horsehide Phillips back from Dena. I think she did a fantastic job. Sleeves aren’t baseball shirt length after her extension. Works for me.

tbh, i am thinking of selling it for some time now, since it's too small for me to wear. But man, it took me a couple of years to find an example like this. Parting will be hard, i'd rather trade it for one like that in my size.....
