Some nice toppers, Bob. Very classy indeed. I especially like the older one. As for the WAR: it's not the ribbon of course, but the mourning band. The lower part with the metal clasp is the actual ribbon.

Steve -- I have no idea on the size (probably tiny), but just liked them and this was a gap in the collection. I'll post a pic of me wearing them regardless.

This 7 1/4 Dobbs homburg has some moth damage, but I think it’s salvageable.
