What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

The 80-year anniversary of the famous B-29 “Enola ***” mission is August 6, so I picked up a repro B-10 jacket and attached a 20th Air Force patch as well as a zipper puller made of aluminum from an actual B-29 to honor the men on that historic mission.
Jacket is from What Price Glory and for $125 it’s a rather nice repro with real mouton fur collar, quality construction and a nice trim fit. Obviously not an Eastman-level jacket but a cool jacket to patch-up and wear as a “beater”.

Correcting a mistake and taking care of business separates good companies from bad ones, in my opinion. Glad to hear they took care of you! The boots look fantastic. They have a number of things on their site that look great to me. Knowing they took care of you makes me feel better about ordering from them in the future.

It has only been in the mid 80's this past week, so I've been wearing the 70's JCP plain pockets denim and the cooper A2 in the mornings.
By the time the sun is out enough to get a picture it warms up enough for me to take them off though.

Johnson Leather, my first CXL, stiff, but surprisingly quick to break in, the black over-dye reads like a warm, brown black and the scent - wow, I finally get it!

im sure im not the only one but im looking through my collection and sometimes I pull one or three out and just take a look at them or even just try them on to see if the fit as I recall them I pulled out this Johnson shrunken bison only worn about 5 times got me excited for the fall

That is freaking cool!! I’m looking forward to fall as well although I’ve been blessed with some spectacular sunsets at the beach lately.
