I love this one too. There is a version of this jacket with a slightly different collar that I was really excited to see, but he didn't have it in the shop when I was there.

The key with these ****s is that they impersonate a legit email. We cannot tell with so few details if it is legit or not.

Ignore them if you already have your jacket. FedEx can pound sand
Lately, there have been a lot of FedEx, USPS, and UPS ****s with questionable websites. I even got a State of California Franchise Tax Board message re tax refund claim, asking for personal information, but it has a questionable website. I ignored them all.
It’s the website that is a tale tell sign. Use your critical thinking skills, people.

In the summer I received a shipment from the UK (I live in the EU) and FedEx sent me the bill (vat and duty) afterwards.
I would check with them if I were you.
I have no idea what happens at your country but at least here it does not work that way. The courier pays the required vat and duty to the government on your behalf. And then ofcourse asks the money from you.
